Missions

Baptist Haiti Mission

The Baptist Haiti Mission is working to provide education, health education, churches, etc. for the people of Haiti; teaching them methods to begin providing better for themselves. They have been supported by our church for over 55 years. A mission trip, in 2016 by several church members, has brought us closer to the ministry, which we continue to support.

Love INCof the Yampa Valley

Through the Love INC ministry, churches are mobilized, people are helped, relationships are formed and individuals and families come to see the love of Jesus Christ in action. The program helps to identify gaps in community services to the disadvantaged and help churches organize and develop ways to bridge those gaps. Volunteers are trained to verify the legitimacy of their needs and locate resources to meet the need.

Disadvantaged individuals and families have access to programs and church ministries such as the Love INC Emergency Housing Program, Clothes for Kids, Project School Supply, a food pantry, a household items ministry, a gently-used furniture ministry and much more.

Love INC provides financial aid referrals for rent, utilities, or other verifiable needs which are not being met by existing community agencies.

Misty & John Mohl

As missionaries serving in El Paso, TX, Misty and Jon’s primary role is to outreach to and mentor young military couples and singles (both military and from the University). There are a variety of ways in which they do this, from one-on-one meetings to weekly small-group Bible study, as well as through a weekly dinner that they host in their home. Their heart in each of these is to lead people to the Truth so that they will come into a relationship with and/or get closer to Jesus.

Nate Dell

The Dells are returning to live and work among the Waorani people in Ecuador, South America where they first began their missionary work in 1999. Rachelle, a missionary kid, grew up among the tribe and that kinship relationship with the tribe has maintained open doors to come alongside the work of the Waorani church and allowed Nate to use his practical vocational skills to assist the tribe.

A long illness sidelined Rachelle for many years as Nate continued to lead short-term work and medical teams around the world for Reach Beyond. Rachelle’s renewed health has allowed them to step back into alignment with their hearts for the Waorani tribe once again.

Nate and Rachelle are very excited to collaborate with CTEN (Commission To Every Nation) missionaries Chet and Katie Williams and the team they have assembled, as they have started a new indigenous training center in Shell, Ecuador. The training center answers long-held desires of the Waorani leaders who have been asking for both practical and spiritual life-skills training for many years.
